11 tips for beginner yoga students 

1, It does not matter how flexible or inflexible you are

2, Nobody cares how you look in the pose

3, Trust the teacher - They like when you ask for help, or put questions 

4, Avoid comparing yourself to others

5, Breath is everything

6, Yoga is 1 % theory and 99% practice

7,  You may get frustrated or stressed out when energy blocks dissolves while practicing

8, Effective practice sometimes can be hard

9, Downward dog will not always be this difficult. 

10, Always look at your practice with a beginner mind

11, Be patient, improvement is never a linear process
