In the last 13 years in my teaching practice  I have observed and consulted with more than a thousand women and developed efficient yoga sequences for all level from age 20 to 55. With regular practice you can enhace your hip mobility and flexibility as well as your pelvic floor strenght and health. If you heading towards menopause you can avoid vaginal atrophy and incontinence. I also have found that if you do not have serious female diseases with a few month of regular practice you can greatly improve any of your menatrual problem. If you have already developed any female disease regular practice combined with other method can contribute to their betterment to a great extend. Hormonal sequences also helps to achieve or maintain hormonal balance, clarity of the mind and emotional balance.
